Description:

 

Tungsten carbide rod is made of tungsten carbide powder and cobalt and sintered by powder metallurgy technology. We are a professional manufacturer of tungsten carbide powder,therefore, the quality of our solid carbide rod is stable and reliable, and has long service life. 

 

Carbide is a cemented, composite material with unique characteristics of wear resistance, heat resistance, strength, toughness and hardness that make it ideal for many industrial applications, especially as a material for cutting tools.

 

To manufacture solid rods, powders are mixed intensively together first. Then followed by kneading process and subsequently extruded into rod form under certain press. Final heat treatment produces rigidity for rods.
