Above 92 HRA Tungsten Carbide Rod Unground 330 mm Length for Drilling tools
Description:
Cemented carbide is the term which refers to sintered composite materials composed of at least one metal carbide constituent.Tungsten Carbide (WC), Titanium Carbide (TiC),Tantalum Carbide (TaC) are common constituents.
Our tunsten carbide rods are made of optimum quality raw material WC, which acts as hard phase, and the binder agent Cobalt. With powder metallurgy HIP technology, carbide rods are sintered with homogeneuous microstructure including little or even no porosity, to a great extent, increasing the whole performance and properties such as hardness and bending strength.
Our HF30 solid rod obtain 92 to 92.3 HRA hardness and at least 3800 MPa transverse rupture strength.
Following are specifications of standard 330 length rods.
